We already have the heads of the prawns prepared in the earlier development , so we will need simply a small pot which will add a splash of olive oil. When the oil is hot , add the heads and sauté well until they change color and start to brown . Once sautéed , cover with water ( enough to cover it , does not take much ) and let simmer , over low heat for 20 minutes. We can chafar heads with a ladle to loosen all the juice . Once that time has passed , we cover well to infuse .
